Let's do this to Beijing!
Don't get me wrong, I love Beijing. And I don't want to sound haughty and close-minded. I just found some funny rubbish bins while climbing the Great Wall and it would be nice to share them.
Come on, let's do this for fun, alright?
It took me a lot of thinking before getting ideas on what they wish to convey. I am not sure if I am right though. Do they mean:
1. Do not use your phone when it's raining?
2. Or do they mean do not ask for a day filled with thunder and storm?
Ha-ya! This is giving me headache! Next basurahan please!
Sleep slope? Naku, natutulog ang slope! Wag gisingin. Also, Chinese people are so good with vocab! I never used the word "frontage" in my entire life. Matalinhaga ha. Also, walk slowly with a bang. Talagang may strong feelings e.

Naku, kung hindi mo pa pangalagaan ang relic sa utos na to, manhid ka na talaga. Sumisigaw talaga e. No graffito, ok?!
