i met up with two condo agents in makati while i was in pinas.. hinihimatay ako sa figures na pinapakita saken. as in never kong inisip na ganun kamahal ang properties sa makati. as in. for a size that's one third of our house in pampanga to be costing 3.2m+++, naku kinabahan na talaga ako. to think na naliliitan pa ako sa bahay namin ha, tapos 1/3 lang nun. exagg!!! at least 7 yrs nya kong pinaghuhulog ng 45k/month kung gusto ko daw makabangon agad. ayun, goodbye condo na ako. goodbye to my dreams of a respectful guard who will greet me when im about to leave. or the pool. or sleeping with the skyscrapers as your last sight.
so nagpalife insurance na lang ako. hanggang ngayon natatakot pa din ako sa kalalabasan. kaya ko kayang maglabas ng ganung amount every year?! and make that for the next 29 years?! kakayanin yan. just in case mamatay ako, may milyones ang nanay ko. sosyal di ba?! if not, pwede na akong magretire when im 55!!!! woohoo!!! i like! i like!
tapos ipapa-second floor ko ung bahay namen.. and im going to have a big room! woot! woot! so imbes na 7 yrs, pwede na ang 2 yrs! i get to dictate the arrangement pa! i dont have to worry about association dues pa! sosyal na din un, haha! now my dream of having a billiard table and a work room is about to come true! woohoo!

or you can be the 2nd owner of a condo already sold - good strategy, so that you don't have to spend the bulk of the mortgage. :D

hmm mahal naman nun, meron sa ortigas, mga 30K lang per month for 5 yrs e...
life insurance payable for 29yrs?tagal naman ata nun...bakit hindi na lng retirement plan?with life insurance na yun...ikaw pa ang magdedecide kung how much ang kaya mo ihulog monthly...suggestion lng naman..
pwede ka din kumuha ng condo thru pag-ibig minimal lng ang monthly meron ata 5-7K pesos per month...matagal mo nga lang babayaran pero pwede ipare-assess after 5 or 6yrs ata, or thru financing...
bakit hindi mo tinignan mga units dito sa u-belt... they are cheaper compared to units sa makati (maybe???)
