ok, enough of my christmas bonus for the meantime. i was not able to ask my boss as of yesterday. i may or may not. si batman ang bahala. i am in touch with a british lady now regarding a job prospect. it's a job that would require me to return to manila. let's see what happens.
in a span of two years, i am now a post away from my 300th entry. i want my next entry to be good. "good" in a sense that it signifies my desire for an optimistic year ahead.
2007 may be a year for travel for me. it's a year of discovery of the world, of proving my ability in my job overseas. it was a good year for me. it was a lucky year for the 1983-born people anyway.
2008 is different. i call it the "year of surprises".
- who would have thought that a shy girl will be a writer, event host, NGO trainer, theatre actress? all realized in the same year! woohoo!
- meeting celebrities. from chocoleit to sarah geronimo. from manny villar to aheemmmm... president gloria arroyo! seryoso! i was invited to this event with a few hundred pinoy in marriott hotel. i dont know why i did not write that in my blog. but yeah, it was sometime june.
- meeting international celebrities. they have to be separated from above.
- a dream travel in pinas. i will always love coron.
- first try on some sports. kayak. windsurf. squash. i so love squash. i vowed to do it every week.
- getting a bf. you know, despite the shemexes about how we got together and all the shits that came with it, i am so lucky to have him. i got a cleaner, a cook, a serenader, a photography teacher, a travel buddy, a listener, and a fellow dreamer. we may fight every two seconds, but we both know that those are just some excuses for a ravishing make up later in the day.
so cheers to a new year! let's see what 2009 has to offer.
