I take memories seriously. I remember the dates of the important events in my life. I know when I got my first period, or when I had my first kiss, or when I had my first real kiss. I also remember the date of my graduation, or when I was caught doing something indecent, my every vacation, and my anniversaries with past relationships, and the dates when they ended.
And of course my birthday.
I honestly think that birthdays were made a big deal to entitle one person the right to feel important. That is only 1 day out of 365 (or 366 on a leap year) days in a year, or 24 hours out of 8,760 – barely 0.003%.
I would like to thank Leo for spending my birthday with me. sosyalan talaga tayo sa red!
i was close to tears four hours before my day ended because most of my friends in pinas didn't remember to greet me, not even the jerk in dubai and i was slaving myself to work.
leo, thanks for saving my day.
:)
